Submit the name of your prodigal  for prayer

FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT TO SEE

Ask God to help you see your prodigal through His eyes and to love them as He does. When you view them from His perspective, it will transform your response. Envision them set free, rejoicing, and living a victorious life! Focus on what you want to see rather than on what you see now.

Join the growing number of churches and individuals partnering with us to pray for all prodigals and witness their restoration.

PRAYER POINTS

1. Release your prodigal to God.

Lay them at His feet and realize that He knows what to do much better than you do. Trust God’s plan and trust

His timing.

2. Be persistent.

Never give up on your prodigal.

3. Let go of the shame, guilt, and blame so you can better help your prodigal!

Never be ashamed of your prodigal. They are your loved one and regardless of what they’ve done, they will always be your family. They need your love and acceptance. Even when we don’t condone their lifestyle, we can still love them unconditionally.

4. Pray for them to become honest with themselves and others.

Ask God to cast out the strong man of deception and tear down every stronghold so restoration can happen. Strongholds of unbelief, rebellion, jealousy, bitterness, witchcraft, worldly influence, pride, and addiction must be torn down. Then, ask God to sanctify them: convict them of their sins and iniquity, draw them to repentance, illuminate their mind to truth, and save them.

5. Pray for rest.

Weariness can be a constant companion if you have not learned to take your burdens to the Lord in prayer and leave them there. Cast your cares on Him.

6. Pray for peace.

Prodigals can cause much turmoil in the home, and it can be exhausting if you don’t find peace. Jesus left a legacy of peace, and we must find a way to have peace in our lives and our homes.

7. Pray for hope.

We must never lose hope, and we must realize that our hope is in GOD alone—not in ourselves, choices we make, treatment centers, doctors, or in anything else! If we pray without faith, it will deplete our hope! We will keep our HOPE ALIVE by praying for our prodigals in faith.
